LOL @ FoxB, I think dual responsibilty should lie on both ends with birth control and emotions. When we are serious about it, we take steps to make sure it happens, when we give in a little then we have fingers to point on each side about the situation.

As a child of a single mother I understand all that woman go through to make their lives what that want them to be regardless of the circumstances.

I am more than willing to take a pill because I truly don’t want anymore children and I would rather be in control of that, because condoms break and after a while birth control (in some women) doesn’t work or give them complications so that they can’t have them in the future.

Now I’m willing to take a pill, but at the end of the day doesn’t that still signify that the majority of us like to have natural intercourse?

Men and women should both share the responsibility of birth control. We both partake in the act; birth control should not solely be the woman’s responsibility. However, I would not be comfortable with relying on a male to remember to take the pill. When I was on the pill I could barely remember to take it. There should be a temporary birth control devise that can be implanted in males to prevent pregnancy.

Yeah, actually I think the decision of Birth Control should be shared by both parties and the most effective for men is a condom. Let’s face it in the heat of the moment, trying to get clothes off i’m not thinking about a damn pill or if I took it. I probably would remember if I remembered to take my ginkoba tablets but I can barely do that. Ladies, if the decision is left to me squarely we are asking for trouble.

As for all the other things you do with your body I’d have to say men aren’t aware. I mean, we know you go to get your hair did but you think we have any idea about threading eyebrows, how painful a bikini wax is, how you’ve perfected the art of “hold still and don’t move”.. all in the name of cute? We don’t. (I just recently had a convo with a girl friend of mine about all this; she seemed shocked that we weren’t aware). I was of the mindset you actually LIKE that stuff and I gotta admit, I like a girl who takes care of herself soooooooooo yeahhhh.

Then there are the other things.. For instance, it’s obvious that girl is hurting in those heels; CLEARLY obvious.. but in a second, wait for it… there.. she’s putting on a face of total bliss when some other girl says “OMG THOSE ARE SOOOOO CUTE”.. Depending on if she likes you or not they’ll stay on and/or off depending on venue. That has nothing to do with us men however. Sometimes though, you put yourselves through the gauntlet for other WOMEN.

We can’t share ALL the blame or the swallowing.. now, let’s all just kiss and makeup.

I really think guys would be open to it – especially if it were marketed to them during sports on tv and such…
They all seem to hate condoms, so here’s an alternative – the man pill.

Then we could spend our time asking – baby, did you take your pill today? This week? I’m feeling it… Ha!

The responsibility should be shared is all I’m saying – and if there’s something that will regulate men’s emotions as well – please sign me up for the PR campaign.
